Smash glass?

AS PART of the smoke-free city exercise, Liverpool’s open-sided bus shelters are to be exempt from the ban, which applies to the enclosed versions.

So what about those which have been vandalised and had their sides smashed out – can one enjoy a flavoursome Cuban while enjoying the view? It gives a new meaning to the familiar sign: “In case of fire, smash glass.�
